Who will win Super Bowl XLV?

Training camp has just started but I'll take the Ravens right now.

Super Bowl MVP: Dante' Stallworth is the story of the year as he catches 6 balls for 119 yards with two scores.

Ravens 31, Packers 24
Ray Lewis jerseys gets his second title after the Ravens shut down the Packers and their bend, but don't break defense on the strength of a Terrell Suggs pick-six late in the fourth quarter.

Super Bowl XLV Prediction
The Pack does doesn't have a workhorse running back, but Aaron Rodgers is the next best thing to sliced bread amongst young quarterbacks in the NFL. Now Ryan Grant isn't a pushover, as he up over 1,200 yards last year. What is super exciting about the Packers is Rodgers, whom I think is the next Montana, Brady, or Favre type quarterback in this league. Rodgers put up 4,434 yards passing, 30 touchdowns, and a 103.2 QB rating against only 7 interceptions last year. The thing about the Packers is that they are sneaky good in an NFC North that looks to be a real tough division this year with the Minnesota Vikings and a much improved Chicago Bears team. The key here is very similar to the situation in Baltimore with new Ed Reed jerseys. If Al Harris can return midseason and fill the nickel back slot, the Pack will have a secondary along with Charles Woodson and Tramon Williams that can really be beastly. Even without Johnny Jolly, I think the Pack will make the Super Bowl.

NFC Champions: Green Bay Packers

But the reason the Ravens will go to the Super Bowl is their defense, which has been their calling card since they moved to the Charm City from Cleveland in 1996. Defense wins championships and this will be a championship caliber defense. Last year, the Ravens, led by Ray Lewis, only yielded 300 yards per game: 207 in the air and 93 on the ground. Ed Reed will miss the first six weeks of the season, but this defense will shine anyway. The Ravens' new "high flying" offense coupled with brutal tough-nosed defense makes them my choice to win the AFC.

Defense is the name of the game with the Baltimore Ravens. However, with the addition of some key offensive firepower, expect big things from the Ravens in 2010-2011. Anquan Bolden and Dante' Stallworth are major additions to an offensive unit with an anemic history. Stallworth and Bolden along with Derrick Mason, Mark Clayton and Todd Heap should be one of the elite pass catching groups in the NFL this year. Ray Rice jerseys is one of the most versatile backs in the league and with fullback Le'Ron McClain leading the way, life is always easier. Willis McGahee will also contribute with his bruising style which gives the Ravens a nice 1-2 punch.

AFC Champions: Baltimore Ravens

Who will win Super Bowl XLV? The Jets are loaded and the Bengals, Cowboys, new Saints jerseys and Vikings all have a shot, but here is how it will play out this year in the NFL...
